This guide shows you how to easily tweak and polish your creations using Syllaby's built-in Video Editor.
You'll learn how to take control of your final edits without ever needing complex external software.
That’s where Syllaby’s in-app video editor comes to help. Instead of jumping back and forth between different editing programs, you can handle everything in one tab.
This saves you tons of time, cuts out formatting headaches, and keeps all your assets beautifully organized.
Having a video editor right inside the platform means you don't need to be a tech genius to get professional results. You can trim your clips, adjust visual elements, and perfect your footage in seconds.
It's the ultimate shortcut to keeping your social media presence active and highly engaging.
The Steps
Log in to your Syllaby account.
Go to the Sidebar on the left side of the Dashboard and click Video Editor.
On the top-left corner of the video editor screen, right next to the Syllaby logo, click on the Pencil icon and type in the title of your video.
Go to the menu options inside the video editor panel and click on Media.
Click on AI Videos and select the specific video that you want to edit.
Make your edits along the timeline until your video looks exactly how you want it.
Once you’re done editing, click Save.
Click Render Video to process your final master clip so it's ready for the world!
Syllaby Pro-Tip
Don't spend hours trying to get everything perfect on your very first try!
Use the video editor to quickly swap out stock footage or tweak your text overlays after the AI generates your initial draft.
It's much faster to make minor updates inside the editor than it is to rewrite your script and generate an entirely new video from scratch.
Quick Fix
Why didn't my video title update properly?
If you change your video's name using the Pencil icon but don't see it save, make sure you actually click away or hit enter to confirm the text change.
If you close the editor window too fast without confirming, it might revert to the original default title. A quick extra click ensures your video stays perfectly organized in your assets library!
