Ready to stop rushing your daily social media posts?

This quick guide shows you how to use Syllaby's Content Calendar to plan, customize, and automate your video uploads in just a few clicks.

Staying consistent on social media can feel like a full-time job. Between filming, editing, and finding the right tags, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. That’s why we built the Syllaby Content Calendar. It’s your ultimate command center for organizing your video strategy without the daily stress.

Instead of waking up and wondering what to post, you can map out your entire week or month in one sitting. The calendar lets you upload your videos, add your links, and schedule everything ahead of time. That means your brand stays active, your audience stays engaged, and you get your free time back.

The Steps

  1. Log in to your Syllaby account.

  2. Go to the Sidebar on the left side of the Dashboard and click Calendar.

  3. This will open up your interactive Content Calendar.

  4. Click on the Schedule Post button.

  5. Choose the specific account where you want to post your content.

  6. Go to the Call to Action and Links section and type in your call to actions, tags, and affiliate links.

  7. Scroll down, click Upload

  8. Select the video file that you want to post.

  9. Click Customize for each network if you want to tweak your message for different social platforms.

  10. Below the listed accounts, click Schedule.

  11. Scroll down and click Schedule to Publish to lock your post into the calendar.

Syllaby Pro-Tip

Don't use a one-size-fits-all caption! When you click Customize for each network, take an extra minute to adjust your hashtags and text.

A caption that crushes it on TikTok might look completely out of place on LinkedIn. A little customization goes a long way in boosting your views and engagement.

Quick Fix

Is your "Schedule to Publish" button grayed out?

Don't worry, it's usually an easy fix!

This typically happens if you missed a required step. Double-check that you've selected at least one social media account, uploaded a compatible video file (like an MP4), and added your text.

If everything looks good and it still won't click, try refreshing your page to clear any temporary glitches.
