How to Change Your Password

Updating your info is easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Look at the top right corner of your dashboard and click on the Drop Down Menu beside your name

2. Click on Settings

3. Click on Edit profile

4. Go to the Change Password section and update your password

5. Once done, click on Update Password

6. An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address to let you know that your password has been changed successfully

Syllaby Pro-Tip

For a password that’s easy to remember but hard to hack, try using a "passphrase."

Instead of a random string of numbers, use three or four unrelated words put together, like BlueCameraCoffee99. It's much faster to type!

Quick Fix

"I clicked update, but I didn't see the email!"

Don't worry—sometimes these emails get caught in the "Promotions" tab or the "Spam" folder. If it hasn't arrived after a few minutes, do a quick search for "Syllaby" in your inbox to find it.
