How to Connect Your Accounts

  1. Go to the Sidebar on the left side of your Dashboard to the Menu section and click on the Accounts

  2. Right next to the Search Account field, click on Add Account.

  3. Choose the platform you want to link to your Syllaby account and click on Connect below the platform’s logo

  4. You’ll be sent to that platform’s login page. Just follow the prompts to give Syllaby permission to post for you.

  5. That’s it! You’ll now see your linked account listed in the Connect section on your dashboard.

Syllaby Pro-Tip

When linking your social media accounts, make sure that you're logged in to your social media account on the same browser that you’re using for Syllaby.

Once your accounts are linked, try scheduling your posts a week in advance!

Spend 30 minutes on a Monday setting everything up, and let Syllaby handle the posting while you focus on your clients.

Quick Fix

"I don't see my Instagram account on the list!"

Double-check that your Instagram is set to a Professional or Business account (not a Personal one) and is linked to a Facebook Page. 

Most social media tools require this "Business" setting to allow for automatic posting!
