How to Reset Your Password

The Steps

1. Head over to syllaby.io in your web browser.

2. Click the Log In button at the top right corner of the homepage.

3. Look right below the login text boxes and click the Forgot Password?

4. Type in the email address you used to sign up for your Syllaby account, then click Send Password Reset Link.

5. Go to your email and look for a message from Syllaby. Open it and follow the instructions to click the reset link inside.

6. You'll arrive on a secure page. Enter your new password, confirm it, and save your changes.

7. Now that it's updated, head back to the Syllaby login page. Enter your new info to jump straight back into your account.

Once you're back in, consider using a password manager or your browser's auto-save feature to securely store your login details. It saves you from future typing and keeps your account safe so you can focus entirely on scaling your content!

Quick Fix

Can't find the reset email? 

Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders! Sometimes email filters get a bit too excited and hide our security messages there.

If it's still missing after a few minutes, make sure you spelled your email address correctly and try sending the link one more time.
