This guide shows you how to upgrade your subscription so you can unlock more features and keep your creative momentum going. As your brand grows, your content needs will grow too.

You might find that you need more video scripts, more search credits, or access to advanced tools to stay ahead of the competition.

If you feel like you’ve outgrown your current plan, don't worry!

We’ve made it incredibly easy to upgrade. You have the flexibility to switch your plan at any time to ensure you always have the right resources to reach your goals.

The Steps

  1. Log in to your Syllaby account.

  2. Click on your Profile Icon or Account Name on the top-right corner of your dashboard.

  3. Click Settings.

  4. Below the box where it shows your name, go to the Subscription box and click Manage subscription

  5. This will take you to our Subscription page, choose the plan that you want to upgrade to and click Upgrade

  6. A pop-up screen will appear to confirm your choice.

  7. Click Yes, upgrade to finalize your upgrade.

Note:

If you ever decide to move to a lower tier, your current plan will stay active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Syllaby Pro-Tip

Planning a massive "content sprint" for a product launch?

Upgrade to a higher plan for one month to get those extra credits and scripts, then move back to your standard plan once your batch is finished!

Quick Fix

"I don't see the option to manage my subscription."

This usually happens if you aren't the primary account owner. Make sure you’re logged in with the email address used to start the subscription.

If you still don't see it, try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache.
