We want to make starting your video marketing journey as smooth as possible.
Here is everything you need to know about how we handle payments and which cards or wallets you can use to get started.
How You Can Pay
We use Stripe to process our payments.
It’s one of the most secure systems in the world, so you can rest easy knowing your information is safe and encrypted.
You can use any of the following methods to pay for your subscription:
Major Credit and Debit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.
Digital Wallets: If you’re on your phone or use Chrome, you can breeze through checkout using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Stripe Link: If you use "Link" on other websites, Syllaby supports it too! It lets you pay with just one click by securely remembering your info.
A Quick Note on Special Offers and Trials
If you’re signing up for one of our 7-day free trials, you’ll still need to put a card on file to get started. Don't worry—you won't be charged a cent if you cancel before the trial period ends.
For most of our plans, we handle everything through Stripe. However, if you're joining us through a special deal or a promotional landing page, you might see PayPal as an option there.
International Billing
We process all payments in USD.
If you are outside the United States, your bank will automatically handle the conversion to your local currency based on the current exchange rate.
You'll receive an automated invoice via email at the end of every billing period to help you keep track of your expenses.
Syllaby Pro-Tip
Use a business credit card for your subscription!
Since Syllaby is a tool for your professional marketing, it makes it much easier to track your business expenses and "write off" the cost during tax season.
Quick Fix
"Why is my payment being declined?"
The most common reason for a declined payment—especially for our international users—is a "cross-border" block. Since Syllaby is a US-based company, some banks block international charges by default.
A quick 2-minute call to your bank to "authorize international transactions" usually fixes this instantly!
