Don't worry—you can grab extra credits whenever you need them so your content calendar stays full.

Every Syllaby plan comes with a set amount of monthly credits, but we know sometimes you're on a roll and need a little extra juice.

You can purchase "top-up" credits at any time to keep the momentum going.

The best part?

Unlike your monthly plan credits, purchased additional credits never expire. They'll carry over month after month until you use them, so you never have to worry about losing what you paid for.

How to Buy Additional Credits

Follow these simple steps to top up your account:

  1. Log in to your Syllaby account.

  2. Look at the top-right corner of your dashboard, right next to your Account Name.

  3. Click the Credit Section (where you see your current balance).

  4. A pop-up window will appear; click the Buy Credits button.

  5. Click the amount of credits that you want to purchase

  6. Click the Buy button at the bottom of the pop up window

  7. Enter your information on the Payment Details screen.

  8. Click the radio button next to Syllaby’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  9. Click Pay to complete your purchase.
