This guide shows you how to manage your subscription and downgrade your plan whenever your needs change.

At Syllaby, we believe you should always have total control over your tools. Whether you’re scaling back for a season or just adjusting your budget, you have the ability to manage your plan directly within your account.

When you decide to downgrade, you don't have to worry about losing access immediately. Your current plan stays active until the end of your billing cycle.

This means you can keep using all your high-tier features and credits until the transition happens automatically at the start of your next cycle.

The Steps

Follow these quick steps to adjust your plan:

  1. Log in to your Syllaby account.

  2. Click on your Profile Icon or Account Name in the top-right corner of your dashboard.

  3. Click Settings.

  4. Below the box where it shows your name, go to the Subscription box and click Manage subscription

  5. This will take you to our Subscription page, choose the plan that you want to downgrade to and click Downgrade

  6. A pop-up screen will appear to confirm your choice.

  7. Click Yes, downgrade to finalize the process.

Syllaby Pro-Tip

Timing is everything!

Since your current benefits stay active until the end of the billing cycle, feel free to schedule your downgrade early. You’ll get to use every last credit of your current plan without worrying about an unexpected renewal at the higher price.

Quick Fix

"I clicked downgrade, but I still see my old plan features. Did it work?"

Yes! Syllaby lets you enjoy your current subscription benefits until the very end of your current billing period. Your account will automatically switch to the new, lower-tier plan once your next billing cycle starts.

You can verify the scheduled change anytime on your Settings page.
